Our Team
Ed Mitchinson - Managing Director
Ed has spent twenty years advising Investors, Boards and CEOs on senior leadership appointments. He specialises in partnering with European-headquartered, investor-backed Software, SaaS, AI and technology-enabled businesses.
He has an MA in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Oxford and the BVC from BPP Law School. Ed is a dual-national British-New Zealand citizen.
Sarah Mitchinson - People Advisor
Sarah brings 15 years' people advisory and consulting experience to Kobolt. She is currently the Head of Projects for Global Mobility Solutions for Gallagher and previously spent over a dozen years working for Big 4 consulting firms advising global companies on their people policy frameworks, as well as for a global investment bank and a software scale-up.
