​Ed is the Founder and Managing Director of Kobolt Growth Advisors. He has spent nearly two decades building Boards and Senior Leadership Teams teams for high growth and investor-backed companies with particular expertise working with software & technology businesses. He particularly enjoys team build-outs, where there is the opportunity to combine disparate skills, experiences and characteristics to build a stronger whole.

He has an MA in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Oxford and the BVC from BPP Law School. ​He began his career working with the Treasury Solicitor's Department in London.

Outside the office, Ed spends time walking with his family and friends on the beaches of Guernsey, or cycling and skiing in the Alps. Ed is a dual-national British-New Zealand citizen, which comes in particularly handy when watching rugby and sailing.
