Our Team
Ed is the Founder and Managing Director of Kobolt Growth Advisors. He has spent nearly two decades building Boards and Senior Leadership Teams teams for high growth and investor-backed companies with particular expertise working with software businesses headquartered predominantly in the European markets. He particularly enjoys team build-outs, where there is the opportunity to combine disparate skills, experiences and characters to build a stronger whole.
Outside the office, Ed is most likely to be found walking with his family and friends on the cliffs and beaches of Guernsey, or cycling and skiing in the Alps. Ed is a dual-national British-New Zealand citizen, which comes in particularly handy when watching rugby and sailing.
Ed has an MA in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Oxford and the BVC from BPP Law School.
